JAMES WADE won the Park Trent Properties William Cross Pro-Am at Dapto on Sunday, defeating Andy Jenkins in the final.
Wade continued his success following his recent Stan James World Matchplay triumph with an impressive display on his first visit to Australia.
He defeated top Aussie Simon Whitlock and two-time World Champion John Part en route to the final.
Jenkins was a winner against in-form Glen Power, who has won the last two Australian Grand Prix events, and former AGP champion Brian Roach.
Power ended the hopes of last year's William Cross Pro-Am winner Richie Burnett early on.
Saturday's Test Match between the top four Australians and the visiting International All Stars went the way of the PDC players, who took a 10-5 victory.
A late change in the Australian side saw Whitlock withdraw through illness, with Russell Stewart - initially the non-playing captain - stepping into the team and winning three of their five games, including a win over John Part.
