World Champion Phil Taylor will be playing on the opening night of the tournament, which begins on Monday 19 December at the Circus Tavern.
Former World Champions John Part and Steve Beaton are also in action on the first day of the £500,000 spectacular, as is Southend's Steve Maish.
Current world number one and Essex favourite Colin Lloyd begins his title challenge on Tuesday 20 December against St Helens-based qualifier Gary Welding.
Tuesday also sees Roland Scholten meet Dave Whitcombe, a two-time World Championship finalist from Kent who has made his comeback on the big stage.
Romford's Wayne Mardle is in action on Wednesday 21 December, when he takes on Australian Brian Roach, and last year's beaten finalist Mark Dudbridge meets American Darin Young.
Two former World Champions, Dennis Priestley and Bob Anderson, are also playing on Wednesday, when they take on qualifiers John Magowan and Andy Hamilton.
Tickets are priced at just £10 per session, with the afternoon sessions being played from 1pm-5pm and the evening session taking place from 7pm-11pm.
