THE Professional Darts Corporation sends its condolences to the family of former PDC and PDPA Director David Pomfret, who passed away on Sunday.
David was a former company secretary of the Federation of Sport & Play and a Financial Director of the PDC, and joined the PDPA Board of Directors in 2011.
David passed away in the early hours of Sunday morning whilst in palliative care in Leicestershire, with his family around him.
PDC Chairman Barry Hearn said: "On behalf of all at the PDC, I send our condolences to David's family at this difficult time.
"He was a respected administrator who made a great contribution to the PDC, PDPA and the sport of darts. He was rightly proud of the development and growth of the sport during the time which he was involved with both the PDC and PDPA."
