AARON DYER and Paul Milford shared victories on the opening day of the 2017 PDC Unicorn Challenge Tour in Milton Keynes.

The Challenge Tour will return to a unified series' of events in 2022, featuring players from across the globe, having been split into regions due to travel restrictions in 2021.

The PDC's second tier system will feature 24 events in 2022, with entry open to players who competed at 2022 Qualifying Schools but did not win a Tour Card.

The winner of the 2022 Challenge Tour Order of Merit will win a PDC Tour Card for 2023-24 and a place in the 2022/23 World Championship.
