The Junior Darts Corporation's 2023 Foundation Tour enjoyed a record entry of 133 players for its opening weekend in Coventry.
The JDC's Foundation Tour will feature five weekends in 2023 which each feature four individual events, with a £10,000 prize fund available across the year.
The year's first two events were won by Riley Rees Tucker, a 17-year-old from Wales, while 14-year-old Mason Teese took the Event Three title.
The Event Four title was claimed by 17-year-old Terry Clancy to complete his debut weekend on the Foundation Tour.
JDC Director of Operations Darren Barson said: "We are all delighted to see the growth in the Foundation Tour - it has definitely exceeded our expectations in numbers.
"We will look to continue to improve as we expect the numbers to grow further - it's great to see players join us for the first time."
The JDC Foundation Tour will continue on March 25-26 with Events 5-8 in Coventry. For more details, visit juniordarts.com.
Events are open to players aged ten and above, and under 18. Alongside prize money, players can win a Tour Card to play on the JDC's Advanced Tour.
