Xiaochen Zong retained the PDC China Premier League title with a thumping 11-1 victory over Chengan Liu in Sunday's showpiece.
Zong reaffirmed his credentials as China's premier player with two comprehensive victories on Finals Day, dispatching Yuanjun Liu and Chengan Liu to pocket the US$1,500 top prize.
The 26-year-old won two of the opening four stages last month, and he cemented top spot in the table with success in Stages Five and Seven earlier in the weekend.
Zong averaged 102.95 to whitewash Lihao Wen in the Stage Five decider, before producing a 14-dart hold to edge out Chengan Liu in the Event Seven finale.
The three-time World Championship qualifier kicked off Finals Day with an emphatic 10-3 win against Yuanjun Liu, reeling off seven consecutive legs midway through the contest.
Zong then demolished Chengan Liu in brutal fashion to retain the title, averaging 93.84 and crashing in eight maximums to confirm his World Cup of Darts return in June.
In the other semi-final, Chengan Liu ran out a resounding 10-4 winner against Bin Zheng, winning six straight legs on his way to scooping the US$1,000 runner-up prize.
Liu will now make his PDC World Cup of Darts debut alongside Zong at the Eissporthalle in Frankfurt from June 27-30, as they bid to break new ground for China in the popular pairs event.
