The 2020 German Darts Championship will count towards qualification for next month's BoyleSports World Grand Prix.
Ranked events return this weekend with the start of the PDC Autumn Series, featuring five one-day Players Championship events in Niedernhausen, Germany.
In addition to those events, the year's second European Tour event - the German Darts Championship, which will be held from September 25-27 in Hildesheim - will also now count towards World Grand Prix qualification.
The event features the original qualifiers from earlier in 2020 in a 48-player field, which will be finalised with two Host Nation Qualifiers and two Associate Member Qualifiers on September 24.
Although the qualification cut-off for the World Grand Prix has now been moved back a week, the 2019 Gibraltar Darts Trophy will remain on the rankings in relation to qualification for the double-start tournament, having been played after the cut-off for last year's event.
The PDC can also confirm that qualification for November's BetVictor World Cup of Darts for nations on the PDC Order of Merit will be following the World Grand Prix next month.
