2024 PDC China Championship takes place this weekend

The inaugural PDC China Championship will be held in Xiamen, China on Sunday August 18, as a 24-player field compete for $10,000 in prize money.

The field of 16 pre-qualified players has been confirmed ahead of this weekend's PDC China Championship, including eight players from the PDC China ProTour Order of Merit and a further eight regional qualifiers.

164 players competed in the 2024 PDC China Championship regional qualifiers, and the last four China Championship qualifiers on August 16-17 will produce the final eight players, with the last two players from each event progressing to Sunday's showpiece.

China's premier player Xiaochen Zong will be among the stars in action during the main event, with the winner set to earn qualification for the 2024/25 World Darts Championship and October's PDC Asian Championship.
